Employee was operating a DeWalt 4 1/2" grinder when it hit something and bounced back and caught EE's left index finger. ER report states "X-ray did not show any evidence of bone injury. EE did sustain a partial tendon laceration."

Employee was cleaning the tailgate area of his dump trailer when his second and third finger of his right hand got caught resulting in two fractured fingers.
