Injured employee was accessing the operator's cab on a D9R dozer. As the employee opened the cab door, he stepped backwards missed step and fell onto the dozer's track below fracturing a vertebrae in his neck.
Hose blew off the steamer @ heater coil. Employee was burned/scalded.
