EE WAS USING HIS LOADER TO FILL A TRUCK WITH RECYCLED ASPHALT FROM A STOCKPILE THAT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. THE MATERIAL WAS VERY HARD AND COMPACTED. WHEN IT DID BREAK LOOS E, THE LOADER LURCHED FORWARD AND THE EE SUFFERED AN INJURY TO HIS BACK.

EE WAS CUTTING CONVEYOR BELT WITH RAZOR KNIFE WHEN HE CUT HIS RIGHT KNEE.

WHILE REPLACING MANHOLE COVERS HE TWISTED THE WRONG WAY AND STRAINED HIS BACK.
