Employee was repositioning a gravel dredge with a manual winch. A wind gust caught the dredge; the winch was in freewheel, the rotating handle struck the employee on the left forearm, lacerating the skin

Worker was assisting adding dredge pipe. He could recall no specific event that caused Noticeable pain. He noted pain the next day in his right shoulder

Worker had removed access panels to dredge control apparatus under the control house. He took a break to warm up. He fell into the access hole while reentering the repair area. He worked the remainder of his shift, by his choice. He did not seek medical attention until the next day.

EE WAS PART OF A 2 MAN TEAM LIFTING A SAND PUMP (~150 LB). EE USED A TWISTING LIFT, INJURING HIS LOWER BACK. HE MENTIONED INCIDENT TO HIS CO-WORKER, HE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTN. UNTIL 12/20/0 3. HE DID NOT REPORT INCIDENT UNTIL 01/02/04.

INDIVIDUAL WAS ADDING A SECTION OF DREDGE PIPE. THE WRENCH HE WAS USING SLIPPED FROM THE BOLT HEAD AND STRUCK HIM ON THE LEFT CHEEK, CAUSING A LACERATION.

CREW WAS USING A LOADER TO MOVE THE SLUICE PIPE. WHILE LOAD WAS SUSPENDED, IT SWUNG STRIKING WORKER ON THE SIDE OF THE FACE. IMPACT RESULTED IN LACERATION OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FACE (4 SUTU RES) ABRASIONS, AND TWO CHIPPED TEETH.

INJURED WAS DUMPING A LOAD OF GRAVEL WHEN HOIST PTO PRESSURE WAS LOST AND CAUSED HIM TO BE BOUNCED IN CAB OF TRUCK.
