EE was opening a discharge valve on Silo 17 when the right pinky finger struck the handle on an access door resulting in a fracture of the pinky finger.

On 4/20/2017 an employee was walking on a sidewalk on the ports property and misstepped and fell. On 5/26/2017 the employee reported they were having discomfort with the knee and went to the doctor. On 8/10/2017 the doctor determined that the discomfort was caused by the fall. Physical Therapy has been prescribed. This did not happen at the Mine site.
