Employee was climbing down the ladder of a 988F loader and slipped on the last step. Employee did not fall but twisted his shoulder when he slipped.

The associate stepped onto the cantilever platform next to the conveyor structure the expanded metal grating gave way and the associate fell to the ground.

Employee was using a bar to unplug a feeder chute. The bar kicked sideways and pinched his fingers between bar and chute. Employee was taken to a medical facility.
As employee was stepping off bottom step of ladder on his 988 loader he caught his wedding ring on a step. They had to cut the ring off his finger; took him to hospital for seven stitches.

DOCK UTILITY PERSON WAS ATTENDING THE #2 FEEDER BIN. A COAL TRUCK HAD JUST DUMPED A LOADER OF COAL INTO THE BIN AND WAS DRIVING FORWARD FROM THE BIN. THE COAL TRUCK STOPPED ABRUPTLY AND THE TA ILGATE ON THE DUMP BED SWUNG OUTWARD AND STRUCK OUR EMPLOYEE. HE WAS KNOCKED TO THE GROUND. EMPLOYEE THEN STOOD UP AND COMPLAINED OF PAIN IN THE RIB AREA.
