Employee was helping repair a conveyor belt that was torn in two different areas. After the first area was repaired, the employee was rolling the V-Belts to advance the belt to a better position for repair when employee's left hand was pulled into the V-Belt sheave, almost completely severing the thumb.

Employee was working under the crusher feeder and a rock fell off the feeder and hit employee on top of hard hat. Employee had some pain in neck so ee went to the clinic to have to check out.

Employee was helping set a conveyor. When the leg of the conveyor was set down by the crane it was set on employee's foot. Employee has sought medical attention.
Employee was helping free a boulder caught in the jaw crusher and smashed hand while using a sledge hammer causing an open wound on hand. Employee went to hospital to get it dressed.
Employee was shoveling gravel and strained shoulder.
