Miner was descending stairs on drill, facing drill. Miner's foot slipped and hurt both knees.
Miner was removing a snap ring from a crusher eccentric. It came apart with more force then expected and slapped the miner's finger against the wall of the eccentric. Causing laceration to the left pinky finger.
Miner had a reportable sts. We just got the paperwork back on 1/3/2023.

Miner dropped a screen panel onto forklift forks and lacerated their leg down the shinbone. Laceration approximately 6" in length.

Miners were assembling a mast to install on the roof bolter. The mast was laying on two saw horses. As they were installing the drive chain the mast rolled and the motor guard struck the miner on the shoulder.
A cone crusher hydraulic pump fell on to the miner, breaking and cut open the nose. And as the miner fell they hit a step on the back of a service truck breaking tail bone.

The miner was sliding a screen in place when his fingers slid down through through the openings and wedged against another screen. He lacerated and crushed the tip of his left ring finger.
Miner slipped entering the Rupturing a disk in his back.

The miner was shoveling under the crusher platform. He went took to big of a scoop and tried to push through the pile at the same time. He thought he pulled a muscle. Later he found out he had a hernia.
The employee dropped a striker onto a belt from the jaw. He climbed onto the belt to get the striker. While another employee turned the belt on to run the striker out. This resulted in what we assume to be a broken ankle. The jaw and feeder were locked out but not the belt below.

Employee was helping the crew run a new electric cable down the bore hole into the mine. The cable restraining device came loose and caused the cable to whip and strike him in the leg.

EE was assisting the welder by helping to move parts out of the way or into place, lifting with a crane to make room for the welder to work, etc., throughout the afternoon of 12/5. Reflection from the welding caused welders flash.
Employee was using an air die grinder with a carbide cutter at work in the afternoon. In the evening after a shower, he noticed discomfort in his right eye. Medical personnel found a metal shaving in his eye 10/24/2006.

INJURED WAS HELPING TWO OTHER MEN TO LIFT A 400 LB SPRING OUT OF A CRUSHER. HE EXPERIENCED BACK PAIN/MUSCLE SPRAIN WHILE LIFTING.
