WHILE WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE TO BE PUSHED UP RAMP, THE ROCK TRUCK DRIFTED BAKWARDS APPROX. 10 0' INTO A 10' BANK. THE ROCK TRUCK TIPPED ONTO RIGHT SIDE, CAUSING NECK STRAIN TO THE OPERATOR. THE OPERATOR WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
