EE was replacing shanks on a loader bucket. EE got a bolt partially loose and it dropped out of square shank. EE held it up with hand and when EE hit it with the impact, it spun and cut EE's right hand.

AFTER LOADING A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT ONTO THE TRUCK TRAILER, HE WAS LOADING SOME TIMBER USED TO LOAD THE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. WHILE PLACING THE TIMBER DOWN ON THE TRAILER, HIS LEFT LITTLE FINGER WAS PINCHED CAUSING THE TIP OF THE FINGER TO BE BROKEN AND CAUSING A CUT DOWN THE SAME FINGER.
