Driver and Passenger (IE). Both employees were wearing seat belts when traveling in a Polaris UTV. Took a corner too sharp, turned UTV onto it's side on concrete surface. Passenger sustained elbow laceration.

Employee was attempting to break frozen material on grizzly feeder using a 10lbs sledgehammer. When swinging the hammer, employee caught EE's right index finger. Resulted in laceration requiring 10 sutures. Employee was wearing gloves.
2025 · 2 incidentes
Employee was driving Dingo, backed into a metal post & caught their left foot between post & equipment. EE fell to the right, landed on cement, causing a small contusion on right elbow. EE pulled themselves up, hit the Forward controller & equipment moved, releasing foot. Removed their boot, found their ankle bleeding. Was taken in to be seen. No ligament or tendons damaged.
The employee was using a hammer drill with a chipping bit to chip out concrete. The bit attached to the hammer drill got stuck in the concrete and while the employee was trying to free the stuck bit from the concrete the hammer drill kicked back and hit them in the nose. After visiting the doctor it was determined that the employee had a small fracture to their nose.

Employee lost footing. Injured left shoulder while trying to right themself.
Injured worker was working with Maintenance Crew member. The pair were to pull a gear box & motor off the belt while being supervised by Maintenance manager. When they unbolted the assembly it rolled and struck injured employee on the right shoulder, arm, and torso. Resulting in employee Needing Stitches.
2023 · 2 incidentes
Employee was moving a motor and had gotten hand caught in between the motor and the concrete floor. This caused a small 3/8" cut to the inside of right hand.
Employee was cutting a zip tie from a cable. Wile having the utility knife in right hand the cable was moving around so they grabbed it with left hand putting their hand in the path of the cut resulting in a 1 ½" laceration on the top of the employee's left hand. Employee was taken to the local urgent care and received 9 stiches. Employee returned to work afterwards.
