EMPL HAD BEEN WORKING RPAIRING CONVEYOR BELT THAT WAS DAMAGED & WHEN HE WAS FINISHED MAKING REPAIRS HE STPPED ON ROCK CAUSING ANKLE TO BE TWISTED.
WORKER HAD RIGHT HAND IN BETWEEN LIFTING CHAIN AND CONVEYOR,CHAIN SLIPPED AND PINCHED HAND.
