EMPLOYEE STATES THAT WHEN HE WENT TO CLIMB OFF A PRIMARY SCREEN THAT THE SECURITY WIRE BROKE AND THE LADDER HE WAS STANDING ON FELL OVER BACKWARDS AND HE FELL APPROXIMATELY 10' TO THE GROUND.
