Employee was moving a piece of steel in shop, cleaning and tripped on a power cord, twisting knee. Initially employee was fine; over a period of time knee continued to be bothersome. Finally, he went to a doctor. Never lost time; will need to get knee scoped this fall (will miss three weeks).

THE ALLEGED ACCIDENT OCCURED WHEN AIR LINE IN HAMMER FROZE. EMPLOYEE REMOVED GLOVE TO FEEL AIR COMMING COMMING FROM HAMMER. AT THAT MOMENT ICE BROKE FREE AND CUT FORE FINGER AND MIDDLE FINGER.
