HE ALSO VI OLATED COMPANYPOLICY IN PROCEEDING TO WORK IN AREAS OF THE ROOF WHILE NOT TIED-OFF. WHILE WORKING ON THE ROOF DECK, NOT IN FRONT OF THE JLG AND WHILE NOT TIED-OFF, HE FELL TO THE GROUND.
