EE was moving bagged uniforms inside the office when a paper name tag made contact with their left eye. FA provided on-site. EE later sought medical attention and received prescription medication.

Mostrando los 10EE was trying to put the crane pad back on the crane deck. When EE threw pad up on the crane deck, the pad landed on their left middle finger resulting in a laceration.
Miner reported 03/15/2018 that they had sustained a work related injury to the back. The miner was moving/lifting a 4" rubber flex hose for the dust conveyance system in order to free a clog on the morning of 03/14/2018, when they noticed they were experiencing back pain.

Mechanic changing cutting edges on 938K loader. Two maintenance employees stopped and started to help. While installing last bolt on left side of cutting edge, employee put palm on bolt to hold in place while mechanic tightened bolt. Bolt came loose and spun causing cut through glove and employee's hand.
Employee had the rear of the fender un-bolted on a 938K (SWL02604)and laying on the tire and had one bolt holding the front of the fender. Then it slipped and fell with my left hand under it. It appears that it was hung up on open door latchback linkage and then slipped off. There was a sharp point that cut the little finger on left hand.
EE injured his right elbow on a handrail while working on conveyor belt 6 (CV-6) on 082012 at 8:00 PM. EE did not consider the event as anything major and continued working throughout his entire shift. The next day (roughly around 12:00 PM), EE noticed that his right elbow was starting to swell.
Miner was moving vacuum hose while cleaning spilled material from the ground when he noticed pain in his back.
Miner was clearing a clogged chute when he "banged" his elbow on the chute causing a bruise. Miner was seen at local ER, treated and released.
