Employee was assisting fellow employee in lifting longwall monorail beams off of a conveyor belt and placing them on the mine floor. While lifting a beam EE's fellow employee lost EE's grip on the beam, causing it to strike the injured employee's left hand/wrist area. The injured employee continued to work but was diagnosed with a fracture on 7/1/2026.

Employee stated that while pulling belt structure they twisted and felt pain in their right knee. Employee received medical treatment on 3/6/2026 for the injury. Employee has not missed any scheduled shifts as a result of the incident.
Injured employee was attempting to push a rock off the cable tray of the longwall panline when EE caught EE's left index finger between the rock and shield canopy resulting in a fracture to the tip of EE's finger and a laceration requiring sutures to close. No time was missed as a result of this incident.
