HE WAS INSTALLING A REPLACEMENT VALVE ON A WATER TANK AT THE PUG MILL. WHEN THE WATER WAS TURNEDBACK ON THE PRESSURE BLEW THE VALVE OFF AND IT STRUCK HIM IN THE MOUTH.
