Employee was cutting plastic ty-wraps off of a hose. The knife ee was using cut through the ty-wrap unexpectedly, and cut the back of left thumb. Sutures were needed to close the laceration.

While the injured was striking the bin, he said he heard something pop in his shoulder. He was still able to move it freely and refused on-site first aid. He was later diagnosed with a shoulder strain, and his lifting ability was restricted.
