Mostrando los 10A mechanic complained of irritation in right index finger. EE was taken to site medic a metal sliver was removed from finger and first aid dressing was applied. The mechanic noticed swelling in finger 3 days later, EE was taken to a doctor. The doctor diagnosed an infection and prescribed an antibiotic.

EE was cleaning chuck jaws with a wire brush. With the motion EE was using he pulled material directly toward his face. EE didn't notice anything hit his glasses or his eyes, but later in his shift he felt an irritation. He did have eye protection on at the time of incident and reported this to his foreman at the end of his shift.
Miner was cutting shrink wrap off new MLC (Mine Load Center). He was cutting with his right hand and pulling the wrap with his left. While performing this task he lacerated his left thumb resulting in six sutures.
