Mostrando los 12On 4/5/06 Bowie was informed of a fracture to the employee's finger. The employee was attempting to remove a bit from a miner head when she struck her finger with a hammer.
Employee was lifting on a slate bar while trying to hook up a chain link on a road grader and strained his lower back. Employee did not report accident until 1-10-2006. Employee missed one day of work
Employee was separating plies on a piece of conveyor belt, when his olfa knife slipped cutting his left forearm.

Victim was struck by a chip of metal from a hammer while observing work being performed. Mechanic stuck hammer against hammer and a chip flew off striking victim in the abdomen. Was taken to hospital where surgery was performed to stop internal bleeding.
Victim cut the index finer on left hand with a utility knife while cutting out a wooden plug. Six stitches to close.
Victim was under a dozer knocking out a pin, when something popped in his neck.
EE WAS USING A HANDYMAN JACK WHEN IT SLID DOWN, PINCHING HIS RIGHT FINGER. THE LATCH WAS NOT LOCKED IN PLACE.
EE WAS USING A POCKET KNIFE TO CUT SOME MATERIAL. THE KNIFE SLIPPED RESULTING IN LACERATION BETWEEN THUMB & INDEX FINGER. FIVE STITCHES TO CLOSE.
WHILE REPLACING BEVEL GEAR IN DOZER, THEY WERE REMOVING COUNTERWEIGHT. WEIGHT DROPPED TWO INCHES WHILE VICTIM WAS USING PRYBAR TO PUNCH PIN OUT. THIS CAUSED BAR TO STRIKE HIM IN RIGHT SIDE OF FACE. APPARENT LACERATION ALSO FRACTURED JAW.
TWO EES WERE CUTTING PACKING MATERIAL FOR SLURRY PUMP. ONE WAS USING A UTILITY KNIFE, THE OTHER GOT HIS FINGER IN WAY OF THE KNIFE. LACERATION TO LEFT INDEX FINGER-3 STITCHES.
