EE has been prescribed muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatories and pain aid. He will not work until the Dr. has released him. Dr. will reevaluate in one week.
The employee was cutting conveyer belt with a retractable knife. As he pulled the knife, toward his body, it slipped and lacerated his right leg. The laceration is about an inch long, but it did require stitches. He was treated and released back to work without restrictions.
EE WAS USING A FACTORY WEDGE FOR TAKING THE CONE CRUSHER APART WHEN HE HIT THE WEDGE WITH A SLEDGEHAMMER, A PIECE CHIPPED OFF OF WEDGE AND HIT HIS LEFT ARM.
