Employee reported that he was driving rebar into the ground with a sledge hammer when his swing missed causing the top of his right hand to come in contact with second piece of rebar. Injury resulted in 13 stitches.

Ee was putting a belt on Crusher Sheave when the pry bar he was using to hold the Sheave back came loose. His right hand became caught under the belt injuring his four fingers on his right hand.
WHILE LOOSENING A TENSION SPRING BOLT ON THE 44 X 48 JAW CRUSHER, THE NUT BROKE LOOSE AND THE 12 INCH WRENCH SLIPPED OFF AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE IN MOUTH.

WHILE CONSTRUCTING CONVEYOR SYSTEM EE WAS USING A HAMMER AND CHSIEL. A SLIVER OF STEEL FLEW OFF CHISEL WHEN STRUCK BY HAMMER AND LODGED IN THE LITTLE FINGER RIGHT HAND.
