Miner was completing screen maintenance on a portable screen. Miner was tightening the fasteners of the screen retaining brackets and the wrench slipped off of the fastener. Miner struck an adjacent fastener with his right ring finger when the wrench slipped. Miner suffered a small contusion under his right ring fingernail.

Employee was working with a wrench on a loader, wrench slipped striking employee on his left hand. Expenses and pay was handled by employer, Report Only to Texas Mutual.
