The technician was using a 24mm wrench and a 4lbs hammer trying to loosen the bolts on the hose half clamps. The technician missed the wrench striking EE's left hand between EE's thumb and index finger the technician was not wearing gloves. Technician was sent to Innercare and received stitches.

METAL BROKE OFF BECAUSE THE HAMMER THE WORKER WAS USING WAS STEEL ON A STEEL TOOTH. EE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND HAD SURGERY TO REMOVE THE METAL. HE IS EXPECTED TO MAKE A COMPLETE RECOVERY
EE was cutting 1/2" drip line on the side slope of Leach Pad #4 to remove carbon and scale from emitters. In the process, his knife slipped off the drip line and cut his right leg.
Employee states his right hand became entrapped between line and casing brush, while working brush into well casing.
