Employee was cutting a hose to length of a water line with a utility knife when the blade slipped and cut EE's left middle finger. EE was wearing gloves and cutting away from EE. EE was kneeling on the ground, cutting with EE's right hand, holding the hose with EE's left hand. EE was taken to the hospital and received one stitch on EE's left middle finger.

Mostrando los 4Employee was in the process of using a pry bar to roll the roll-away box back into place after performing maintenance on the shaker. The pry bar slipped out of the pivot point and EE's right hand contacted the right edge of the roll-away box. Although EE was wearing gloves, the force from the contact partially tore EE's right pinky finger nail and drew blood from the nail bed.
Employee was using gas powered trimmer utilizing shoulder strap, finished trimming, but did not remove strap from across shoulder, then picked up machete and began to chop weeds. The machete came into contact with strap deflecting machete causing blade to come into contact with left hand.
Employee was in the process of replacing polyurethane screen when they hit it with a hammer. Hammer bounced off screen and the handle caught employee's right index finger.
