Miner was releasing a chain come along to relocate. The come along needed more slack in the chain to continue to move the tripper back to the north. During operation the tripper will walk back to the south. Miner thought EE had enough clearance to slide EE's hand in to relieve the safety latch and the tripper took off walk to the south. pinching EE's hand to the structure.

EE was cutting water line hose at wet plant with a utility knife. EE was holding hose up while cutting towards themselves. EE hand slipped at cut their arm. EE was taken to medical facility where they received 4 stitches on left forearm. EE was discharged and returned to work with no restrictions.

EE was using a utility knife to cut a media screen. While cutting the screen, the utility knife slipped cutting the top of EE's left thumb. The EE was taken to the emergency room and received stiches.

EE was performing maintenance by installing gasket strip on rotex screen. EE was trimming gasket with utility knife and cut left forearm. EE was taken to ER where EE received 3 stitches.

EE was repairing a screen deck motor, chain hoist was used to line bolts for motor and slipped sticking hard hat and EE head causing laceration resulting in 4 staples.

On 4/1/222 @ 12:45 pm an EE and IE were tightening bolts on the bottom of the bag house on Dryer 2 when the back up wrench slipped out of other EE's hand striking IE in IE's right eye
