EMPL USING WRENCH TO TIGHTEN JO-INT ON HYDRAULIC LINE,WRENCH SLIPPED AND HE FELL AGAINST PIPE FLANGE.
EMPL USING 8 LB HAMMER TO STRAINGHTEN PIECE OF PIPE SO IT COULD BE USED AS A PATCH,PATCH POPPED UP WHEN HE STRUCK IT AND HIT HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER.
AS EMPLOYEE WAS USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO BEAT A FLANGE ONTO A PIPE HE MISSED THE FLANGE AND STGRUCK HIMSELF ON THE LEFT LOWER LEG WITH THE HAMMER
AFTER USING A HAND WINCH TO OPEN THE TOP DOOR INT HE BACK OF THE 1250 DRAGLINE THE EE SET THE LATCH & TOOK HIS HANDS OFF THE WINCH. THE LATCH DID NOT HOLD & THE WINCH HANDLE SPUN AROUND & STRUCK HIM ON THE LEFT HAND.
AS EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE DOOR ON A RAILROAD CAR THE BAR HE WAS USING SLIPPED AND JAMMED HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER AGAINST THE CAR.
AS THE EMPLOYEE WAS CLOSING THE BOTTOM DOOR ON A RAILROAD CAR WITH A BAR, THE BAR SLIPPED AND HE FELL ON HIS LEFT KNEE.
