Mostrando los 295/31/13 at approx. 4:30am, while hammering on the mill liner, a shard of metal came off caused by the concussion of the hammer and impacted the leg of one of the contractors on site. The injury was reportedly minimal and did not require the immediate need of a medical professional.
Employee cutting up super sucker hose with cutting knife, slipped puncturing the skin on his left knee.

On 12/11/06 employee was hitting a drift pin with a 8 pound sledge hammer into a bolt hole on a beam. EE swung and missed drift pin, striking his own left thumb.

WHILE CLEARING A FEEDER (#4) EMPLOYEE PINCHED HIS RIGHT LITTLE FINGER. THIS RESULTED IN A 1/2" CONTUSION.

EMPLOYEE WAS SPREADING GATE APART ON TRASH BIN WITH A PORT-A-POWER JACK AND EXTENSION. HE MOVED AND STRUCK HOSE ATTACHED TO JACK, CAUSING THE JACK AND EXTENSION TO JACKKNIFE AND HIT HIS FACE.
THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS LOOSENING BOLTS ON THE U JOINT FOR A CLINKER HOPPER WHEN THE WRENCH SLIPPED AND STRUCK HIM IN THE LOWER LIP. LACERATED 4 STITCHES.
EE WAS DRILLING THRU STARTER BUCKET DRILL CAME IN CONTACT WITH BUSS BAR, CAUSING A FLASH BURN TO EE'S HAND
