While attempting to remove a seized bearing from a shaft, the employee struck the bearing with a hammer. Upon impact, a chip from the bearing struck the employee under their safety glasses.

Employee got a cut on EE's forearm from a razor blade attached to tubing being used to cut full filter bags for removal and changeout, resulting in 6 stitches
The employee was retrieving water from the warehouse to take to the pack house. While using a pocket knife to open the wrapping around the water bottles, the employee lacerated left index finger requiring the use of stitches.

On 04/07/22 the employee was closing a rail car door. On 04/18/22 the employee was evaluated by a occupational clinic and issued prescription medication. While doing so, a gear in the door slipped or the employee lost EE's grip of the metal bar EE was using as a tool to close the door with and EE's right knee struck the ground causing a contusion.

Employee was using a pry bar to free up a stuck diverter gate. The ram to the gate had been disconnected. Apparently, the gate became free and slammed against the pry bar pulling his forearm into the opening and crushed his forarm between the edge of the bin and gate. He suffered a broken radius bone above his RT wrist.

EE was securing a rail car with a wheel lock type pry bar. While positioning the pry bar, the rail car rolled slightly causing the pry bar to unexpectedly move in an upward direction, striking the EE under the right mandible, causing a laceration. EE recieved stiches at the local ER and returned to work.

EMPLOYEE WAS STRIPPING CABLE WITH POCKET KNIFE. HE WAS PULLING KNIFE TOWARDS HIMSELF. THE KNIFE CAUGHT ON CABLE AND WHEN HE PULLED HARDER IT FREED THE KNIFE AND CUT HIS HAND.

DURING ONE SUCH EFFORT TH E PIPE SLIPPED ALLOWING HIS RT HAND TO CONTACT ANEARBY STRUCTURE MASHING THE LITTLE FINGER OF HIS RT HAND CAUSING A LACERATION REQUIRING SUTURES.
