Employee was trying to remove a drill steel that was stuck in drill pod of a roof bolter. Employee twisted right knee causing knee to pop. On 4/23/2026 employee was restricted to sit down work only pending MRI.

Employee was operating miner, when a rock measuring approximately 2ft.x2ft.x1inch fell out between hog panel and coal rib. Striking employee on hard hat and shoulder area. Employee has continued to work until 10/29/2025 when they were placed on restrictions, pending physical therapy.
