While changing the sheave on the jaw motor, the flywheel unexpectedly started to turn slowly. The employee grabbed the belts to stop the jaw from closing. EE's hand was drawn into the sheave on the motor causing a laceration on right middle finger.

HE CHANGE JOBS WITH LOADER OPERATOR TO SEE IF HE COU LD FINISH THE D5Y, BUT HE COULD NOT. HE SUFFERED UPPER BACK AND NECK PAIN WITH ASSOCIATED HEADACHE AND PAIN HWICH EXTENDS INTO THE CHEST AREA.CAUSING PAIN WHEN BREATHING.
