My glove became caught on the drill and spun my glove with my fingers backwards. This resulted in spraining my ring finger on my left hand. Gloves where brand new from issue less than an hour old.'

Mostrando los 5An operator was standing on the tracks of a bulldozer, when the operator inside the cab, accidentally hit the travel lever. The operator had foot pinched between the tracks and the dozer frame. EE broke 3 toes on left foot. One was removed at the hospital Friday night. Expected to make full recovery.
The worker went to a mill bin to get the cement to flow. He attached high pressure to the internal air pads and tapped on the bottom to loosen the material. While checking for flow at the discharge, the seal came out from under the holding seal band and blew cement on him knocking off his safety glasses and getting into his eyes.
EE USED A WELDING ROD TO HOLD THE LARGE SOCKET ON THE WRENCH AS DID EVERYONE ELSE. AS HE WAS RELEASING ENERGY BY RUNNING THE WRENCH OUT OF AIR, THE WRENCH HE WAS HOLDING SLIPPED AND HIT THE MI LL AND BOUNCED TOWARD HIM. SPINNING SOCKET HIT HIS RIGHT KNEE AND THE WELDING ROD PUNCTURED HIS JEANS AND SKIN.
EE WAS PACKING MATERIAL WHEN PACKING SPOUT TURNED AND CAUGHT HIS RIGHT HAND IN BETWEEN THE PACKING SPOUT AND THE BAG CAUSING LACERATION AND CONTUSION.
