Employee was removing frozen material from around the base of the 4 1/4 cone crusher at the Brown's Plant. He was using a Hilti Gun to hammer the material loose. When he applied pressure, he felt a sharp pain in his back.

Mostrando los 6EE was repairing the pneumatic grease gun, he removed the air line thinking that he had disconnected the energy. He then removed the side covers and began to clean out the grease fron under the piston. While doing this the grease gun fired causing the piston to crush his left index finger behind the first knuckle. The finger tip could not be repaired and was removed.

EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING A PLATFORM AND WAS TRYING TO PUSH MATERIAL OFF WITH A SCRAPER. WHILE DOING THIS HE TWISTED WRONG AND FELT A DULL SENSATION IN HIS LOWER BACK. EMPLOYEE HAD PRE-EXISTING BA CK AILMENTS.
THE EMPLOYEE WAS BEING TRAINED TO OPERATE THE AUTOMATIC WELDER. THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS INSTRUCTING WAS EXPLAINING SOMETHING AND THEY HAD THEIR EYE PROTECTION OFF WHEN THE INSTRUCTOR GOT THE WEL DER TOO CLOSE TO THE METAL CAUSING IT TO ARC.
WHILE WELDING SPARKS ENTERED THE SIDE OF THE GOGLES HE WAS WEARING CAUSING WELDER FLASH BURN TO HIS RIGHT CORNEA.
