EE ALLEGES HE WAS CLIMBING DOWN FROM LADDER AND HIS LEFT FOOT GOT CAUGHT ON STEP, AND HIS RIGHT FOOT WENT TO THE GROUND AND HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LEFT HIP AND LOWER BACK.
