EE HEARD A CHANGE IN KILN AND HURRIED TO CORRECTTHE PROBLEM BEFORE IT SHUT OFF. EE TRIPPED ON TOP STEP NEXT TO #8 KILN AND BRUISED LT. ELBOW. INITIALLY UNREPORTABLE & BECAME REPORTABLE DUE TO DR. SENDING HIM TO A NEUROLOGIST.
EE WAS REMOVING A BRAKE CONVERTER. HE HAD TO REMOVE AN AIR LINE ON THE TOP. HE HAD TO STAND ON THE MUFFLER OF THE TRUCK. WHEN HE WENT TO LOWER HIMSELF DOWN, HE GRABBED THE RESEVOIR & THE CAP C AME OFF IN HIS HAND & HE FELL BACKWARDS ON HIS BACK & HIT HIS HEAD ON THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT.
EMPLOYEE WAS BARRING KILN #8 WHEN HE FELT A STRAIN IN HIS LOWER ABDOMEN. HE HAD THE SAME FEELING ON THE 28TH AND ALSO THE 29TH. HE REPORTED IT TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND WENT TO THE DOCTOR. THE EMP LOYEE IS CURRENTLY WORKING. NO LOST TIME TO DATETHE EMPLOYEE MAY HAVE A EARLY INGUINAL HERNIA. HAS DOCTORS APPT ON 12-6-01.
EMPLOYEE CLIMBED LADDER OF RAIL CAR, HAND SLIPPED AND HE FELL BACKWARDS HITTING ELBOW ON CROSSBAR SUPPORT ON THE WAY TO THE GROUND. FELL ABOUT 5'. ENTIRE BLOW OF FORCE WENT TO RIGHT ELBOW. BRUISED RIGHT ELBOW.
EE WAS REACHING ACROSS PIPE TO GET SOME ABSORBENT MATERIAL AND SLIPPED AND FELL STRIKING THE PIPE AND INJURING HIS RIGHT SIDE.
EMPLOYEE WAS BARRING ON THE RING AND FELT A BURNING IN HIS LOWER ABDOMEN. TWO WEEKS LATER HE FELT A LUMP AND NEEDED TO SEE HIS DOCTOR. HAS AN INGUINAL HERNIA.
