Employee went to the main office complaining of head ache. EE took some aspirin. Ate some pizza rolls and sat down to rest. Office manager noticed a sound coming from the employee and noticed that EE was unresponsive.

Employee was at work for 4hrs and 20mins when they started feeling a sensation on their left hand and side. They tried to gather themselves and figure out what was happening. Coworker called ambulance to be safe. Paramedics evaluated employee and didn't find any cause. The emergency room didn't find the cause of the pain. Employee was sent home and given a few days to rest.
