A haul truck operator was pulling away after being loaded when an excavator bucket contacted the truck tailgate. The excavator operator believed the truck bed might roll over and attempted to stop it with the bucket. The contact jolted the truck operator in the seat, causing lower back pain. The operator was transported to a clinic and diagnosed with a lower back strain.

Mostrando los 5IE was cleaning a silo spill. IE was pushing a pile of sand through the scale. At the end of the scale, the scale meets concrete and there is a small rise. The bucket clipped the concrete causing the IE's impact on the windshield. IE had a hard hat on; the brim caused the gash.
The crew was using a sky track with a man basket in an area where a conventional manlift could not be used due to ground conditions. While positioning the boom, a pinch point existed between the man basket and sky track backplate rack. The employee was unaware, and as the boom was raised, the basket shifted, catching and injuring fingers, requiring five sutures.

At 7:53pm on 4-26-23 employee was using Skid Steer #12068 cleaning a sand spill in silo 2. When the blade from the bucket of the skid steer came into contact with the seam from the scale causing the skid steer to stop abruptly thrusting employee forward. The act caused a discomfort in neck and shoulders.
