Mostrando los 5Employee was driving an articulated haul truck leaving the pit when they drove over a bump in the road causing them to hit their left arm on the arm rest. The contact resulted in the employee feeling pain and numbness in their left arm.
Cleaning under Rotex area. Backing up with Dingo when left wrist got pinned under structure beam and dingo controls.
Employee operated skid steer for 7 days from 12/05 to 12/11 and complained of knee soreness at the end of the week. Reported to plant on 12/23 that the knee was sore. Employee was sent to the doctor on 1/6/25 after some swelling occurred and was put on restricted duty. No strain or sprain identified during tasks by employee.
Employee stated that had tweaked back while operating the loader during the shift. There was no specific incident that caused the back pain, just normal operation.
