I.NAME WAS HAUL3NG DIRT WITH A SCRAPER TO THE SPOIL PILE. HE LET THE PAN DOWN ON THE HAUL ROAD & PULLED HIS BACK. THE DR DIAGNOSED LUMBO SACIAL STRAIN. I.NAME AT FIRST REFUSED TO ALLOW FOREM AN TO TAKE HIM3TO DR. HE LATER SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION ON HIS OWN.
I NAME IS A SCR5PER OPERATOR. THROUGH INATTENTIVENESS, HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS SCRAPER ON A CLEAR HAUL ROAD, FROZE HIS ACTIONS, TAKING NO PRECAUSTION TO CONTROL HIS MACHINE. THE SCRAPER TURNED OVER. HE WAS T5KEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR A CHECK UP AND X RAYS AS A PRECAUTION.
