WHEN BOTH TRIPS APPROACHED 1 LT SWIT CH INTERSECTION; THEY STOPPED TRAVEL TO ALLOW FOR #7 EIMCO MANTRIP TO CLEAR INTO 1 LT PANEL. AS THEY RESUMED TRAVEL, OPERATOR OF #8 MANTRIP TURNED HIS HEAD IN RESPONSE TO A YELL FROM OPERATOR

INJURED WAS CROSSING A SHUTTLE CAR CABLE WHEN THE CABLE TOOK UP SLACK, AND KNOCKED THE INJURED TO THE GROUND.
INJURED WAS RIDING ON A PORTAL BUS WHEN HIS MIDDLE FINGER, RIGHT HAND, WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE OPERATORS SEAT AND BATTERIES CAUSING INJURY TO THE TIP OF THE FINGER.

THE INJURED WAS OPERATING HIS SHUTTLE CAR IN THE FACE OF THE #3 ENTRY WITH HIS HAND ON THE HAND RAIL UNDERNEATH THE CANOPY, THE CANOPY THEN STRUCK IT ROOF BOLT PLATE, WHICH BENT DOWN, AND CAME UNDERNEATH THE CANOPY STRICKING THE VICTIMS LEFT HAND AND RESULTING IN THE AMPUTATION OF THE IDEX FINGER AND LACEATION TO THE MIDDLE FINGER.
