Employee 1 was operating a pickup truck that was being backed up to hook up to a pump so it could be relocated. Affected employee was guiding the truck to align the pintle hitch of the pump. As the trucks bumper and the pintle hitch made contact, employee pinched a finger as they were trying to align the pin that didn't fully seat itself.

Miner was raising a loaded bucket of dirt while inching forward, front right tire sank into ground. The operator quickly lowered the bucket to avoid tipping and when bucket struck ground, the machine rocked the operator forward, causing the operator to strike the windshield with head. Dozer Operator was stuck. Cat 426 was operator went assist in removing the extraction cable from Dozer 425. 530 scraper was connected Dozer 425. Operator of 425 went to help disconnect cable. 426 operator got between the cable and the dozer blade. Scraper operator 530 started to drive away. Miscommunication between operator and Supervisor.
Kress driving west, pickup was headed east the intersection headed south, speeds reduced due to blowing snow. Kress operator failed to fully yield. The contractor did not yield to mobile equipment, the pickup struck the rear duel. Called for assistance and the contractor got out of his pickup and waited for the supervisor. Contractor received a bruise from his seatbelt.
The injuries occurred when the scraper operator struck a 1'-10" drainage ditch bouncing the back of the scraper. The operator was able to complete the shift that day. The next day the operator had bruised rt. and lt elbows and soreness in the lower back and hips.
EE WAS LOADING AN OIL BARREL ONTO THE DRAGLINE WITH AN OVERHEAD CRANE & REACHED OUT TO PULL THE BARREL INSIDE THE DRAGLINE FROM THE CRANE & STRAINED LOWER BACK.
THE DRIVER POSITIONED HIS TRUCK IN THE PIT TO BE LOADER, AND REACHED OVER TO THE DASH TO GET HIS LOAD COUNT REPORT AS THE LOADER WAS APPROACHINGTHE TRUCK TO DUMP THE BUCKET WITHT HE LOADER. THE OPERATOR DROPPED THE BUCKET FULL OF COAL STRIKING THE TOP OF THE BOX CAUSING THE TRUCK TO BOUNCE, RESULTING IN WHIP LASH TO THE TRUCK DRIVER.
