The miner was using a walk behind skid steer to clean out a tunnel. While moving under a conveyor tail pulley the skid steer ran over a rock throwing the control end up into a guard. The miner broke their left arm near the wrist.

HE WAS DRIVING THE PIT TRUCK FROM INSIDE THE MINE TO THE CRUSHER IN THE PIT. WHEN INSIDE THE MINE ON THE DESIGNATED HAUL ROAD, HE HIT A HOLE JARRYING HIS BACK.
