Truck Operator stopped the Mine Captain and stated that they had hit a small bump in the road in 2096. After hitting the bump, they felt a pain in their lower back.

The employee was driving Haul Truck #302 a Toro 40D. He had pulled over and stopped to allow another truck to pass coming the opposite direction. The other truck passed and he pulled out crossing to the other side of the roadway and struck the pipelines on the opposite side.
