On October 20, 2015 the electric shovel bucket contacted the side board of the truck bed which jarred the truck and the driver. The haul truck driver sustained a back strain but did not seek medical attention until November 8, 2015. The injury became reportable on November 9, 2015 when the haul truck driver began modified work assignment.
Truck driver was set up to get loaded by the electric shovel. When the first bucket was placed in the bed of the truck, a large rock struck the inside of the bed. The truck driver hauled the load and then reported that her neck was strained. Driver received a restricted work release.
