IE was standing at the edge of a crosscut when a scoop was passing. The scoop caught a feeder cable causing it and an emulsion line to fall striking the IE in the head. IE was taken to the hospital and released the same morning. MSHA hotline was immediately called. MSHA inspector investigated the incident.

IE was traveling up the track with a locomotive pulling a trash car. As the IE crossed a track switch the curved rail broke and came up into the trash car. The sudden stop caused the IE to bump left hand and knee inside the operators compartment. The IE was brought out and went to the doctor to be checked out.
IE was driving a manbus around the corner from EM track to the MN 4 track. As IE rounded the corner 2 locomotives with a shield on a carrier started sliding outby. As IE tried to drive outby away from the locomotives, IE rounded the corner, the 2 locomotives with the shield on the carrier collided into the manbus IE was driving.
IE was on a manbus coming around the corner off of EM track onto MN4 track when 2 locomotives with a shield loaded on a trailer lost traction and started sliding outby towards the manbus IE was on. The manbus headed outby but as they entered into the turn, the locomotives and shield on the carrier collided into the manbus.
IE was operating the trailing locomotive traveling down the MN4 track. As the lead locomotive went into the turn & derailed which caused IE's loco to wreck as well. IE's body slid against the wall of the compartment of the loco & hit hip against IE's SCSR. IE was on vacation the next week & didn't miss any work until 7/12/19 due to this incident.
IE was riding on a track mounted manbus off of the section at the end of the shift. As they came up to a switch, there was a locomotive sitting in the track trying to get into the switch. As the operator tried to stop, the manbus made contact with the locomotive & jarred the manbus. IE's ribs struck the side plate & bruised ribs. IE is supposed to return to work on 5/15/19.
