Employee was driving company unit L-27 mini loader when the right window swung open, then swung back and shattered causing glass to go all over employee causing minor cuts on right arm and hand. On 8/7/25 EE noticed EE's right hand was swelling up. EE reported the accident on 8/8/25, and went to urgent care. They put EE on antibiotics and gave no restrictions to return to work.

While operating an end dump, the employee started experiencing soreness in the left knee, as the day went along it got worse.
Employee began to feel back pain while driving haul truck around 10 a.m. He continued to drive and completed his shift leaving at 5 p.m. He called in at 6 a.m. the following day, said "he could not move and was going to see his doctor." This man has not returned to work as of this date. Will update when more information is available.
