EE was having neck pain due to a massive boulder being loaded into EE's AT2 from another loader. The loading of this boulder caused the AT2 to jerk, causing whip lash to EE resulting in major neck pain.

Mostrando los 6Employee states that ee was driving a quarry truck along a haul route through the quarry when ee hit a pot-hole and the truck bounced. EE felt a pinch in lower right side of back immediately, but that the pain slowly grew over the course of the next week until ee reported the injury on 09/28/2018.
EE WAS WORKING WITH SCRAP IRON AND ANOTHER EE WAS RUNNING THE LOADER TO MOVE THE BIGGER PIECES AWAY. THE NEXT THING EE KNEW WAS THAT SCRAP IRON WAS BEING ACCIDENTLY PUSHED INTO HIS LEG. THIS W AS THEN NOTICED AND EE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET CHECKED OUT. EE WAS GIVEN MEDICAL TREATMENT AT THE HOSPITAL FOR HIS WOUND.
WHILE IN OPERATION IN USING LOADER, BACK PAIN HAS OCCURRED. REPORTED SYMTPOMS OF COLD. FLUE HAS RESULTED IN HE WEAR OF HEAVY OEPRATION USE. A POSSIBLE SPRAIN TO THE BACK IS BEING TREATED AT A CHIRO CLINIC.
LOADER 2 LOST POWER ANF UNABLE TO STEER AND HIT LOADER 1 OPER BY INJ IN FRONT L TIRE OF LOADER 1 WHICH CAUSED 1 TO JACK KNIFE ONTIP OF SIDE.
AFTER WORKING ON A PAY HAULER TRUCK ON FRIDAY, 12-19-88, EMPLOYEE STARTED HAVING BACK PAINS. ON 12-19-88 HE WENT TO DOCTOR FOR STRAINED BACK.
