Haul truck driver complained his back hurt at end of shift on Thursday 10/11/07. Driver did work Friday as a labor but not on mine property. Sat. driver went to doctor and driver reported to employer on MONDAY that he would be off this week due to back. On Friday 10/19 driver reported he would return Monday 10/22/07. OFF work 5 days.
