THE EE SUFFERED A SEVERE CONTUSION WITH LIGHT CUT.

A FULL PALLET OF BRICKS WAS BROUGHT IN BY THE FORKLIFT; THE FORKLIFT LIGHTLY IMPACTED THE ARC MOLD TABLE CAUSI NG A SUDDEN RELEASE OF THE HYDRAULIC JACKS & THEBRICKS ON THE MOLD FRAME FELL DOWN ON THE TABLE,IMPACTING THE EMPLOYEE'S HANDS. HE RECEIVED FIRST AID & ON 10/16 HE STARTED MEDICAL DISABILITY.
